Hands on technique that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of Neuromuscular disorders through manual
adjustment and manipulation of spine.
This method is primarily used as a pain relief alternative for muscle,
cartilages, ligaments, tendons, joints & bones
Sports taping is a rehabilitative method used to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while
providing support and stability to muscles & joints without restricting the body’s range of motion.
It is
used to relieve muscle pain, reduce swelling and improve functionality
Special form of therapy delivered with hands. Manual therapy is a method by which the therapist can assess and treat the patients with skilled hand movements. Main aim of this technique is to improve range of motion, manipulate and mobilize soft tissue, modulate pain, reduce swelling, reduce restriction.

This involves application of rounded inverted cups to certain parts of the body using vaccum effect. These cups basically upon placing over skin creates suction and this suctionfacilitates healing with blood flow.
This therapy isgeared towards both athletes and casual players who have suffered or ongoing injury. The key areas of sports physiotherapy include

Physiotherapist conducts a detailed initial assessment on the first day, based on the patient condition and need, a personal exercise or treatment protocol is planned / formulated. The service duration ranges from 45 mins to 1 hour based on the procedure and the patient’s condition. In home session exercises are designed to help the patient to recover faster whether it is a one time injury or a chronic illness.
Involves the treatment of people with movements and function disorders that have its root cause within the body’s nervous and neuromuscular systems. This rehab is given to patient suffering from loss of balance, loss or function, trauma, spasms, weakness, loss of coordination. It is the process that certainly involves the disabled person in the making plans and setting goals that are important and relevant to their own particular activities.
Covers wide area of problems faced by the elderly people. It is of 3 Categories
First category is the problems that happen
because the patient simply does not use their limbs or does
not do any exercise / activities.
Second category deals with people having Cardiovascular(CV) disease, like heart
disease, stroke etc..
Third category is skeletal problems such as Osteoarthritis(OA) osteoporosis etc..
Founded from the clinical area of obstetrics and gynaecology and in the case of women in relation to childbirth, both antenatally and postnatally. This also include the teaching of antenatal classes, in the treatment of incontinence and in the case of women undergoing surgeries. All females across the life span from the young athlete, the child bearing women, the menopausal & elderly women receive benefit from physical therapy.
It is a specialized form of therapy intended to alleviate both the primary and secondary problems caused by vestibular disorders. It is an exercise- based program primarily designed to reduce vertigo and dizziness, gaze instability and / or imbalance & falls.
